Today I feel GREAT!

I think that the hot bath helped me the most along with stretching.

Casey, no worries! You will hurt...but the pain is sooooooo worth it!Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17936093106796635364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1311655800468506176.post-78637734470860706172011-04-01T09:24:51.631-07:002011-04-01T09:24:51.631-07:00After my first half marathon I took about 2 weeks ...After my first half marathon I took about 2 weeks off and was still a little sore, but was not too bad! I understand completely! Kristen, I would suggest taking a hot bath (as hot as you can stand it) and soak in that for about 30 minutes or a little longer if you want and then whenever you get out, stretch your legs as best you can. I had to do that and that is what a friend of mine suggested when I was hurting really bad! It worked wonders on me! Also, if you have a foam roller or rolling pin, use that on your legs, it will help.

Casey, you will be fine! Don't worry! I am jealous you will be running in Disney. I want to run a race there one day!Kaylahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11128833458958206628noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1311655800468506176.post-52798621245495955132011-04-01T09:18:21.563-07:002011-04-01T09:18:21.563-07:00I'm sorry recovery has been so rough.
