First Real Run...

Right before my 6 mile run
Well, this morning I went for my first 'real' run since my half marathon at the end of March. It was a rough run. I felt like I was out of shape, and I felt pretty nauseated for a while. I also got a cramp in my side that eventually went away.

Took me 1 hour 13 mins to run the 6 miles. I wish that I could run faster and that time didn't matter to me...but it does. Oh well. At least I'm out there running! The point of me starting was to become healthier...and I have.

I got to use one of my new Sweaty Bands during this run...but you will hear more about that in a post coming soon!
